Oh well, from the looks of it, it really looks like I'm quite a bad event planner T_T Okayy guys, I'm really really sorry for causing this whole uproar in this thread; if there's anyone to blame, it should be me. Was just trying my best to help keep things going since everyone is so busy with work and school, but in the end I'm only making things worse by causing some unhappiness. Maybe I'm not cut out to be an event planner after all, let alone organizing or managing an event. Guess this shall be my last time helping to plan an outing; after which, for future events, I'll just go with the flow instead.

As for the beach mat, I managed to borrow a large blue canvas sheet from my dad. If I'm not mistaken, it's big enough to sit in 8 - 10 people, maybe more. Those who went to the Natsu Matsuri, its those type of canvas sheets that we sit on the grass patch on the field. If everyone agrees, I shall bring the large canvas sheet tomorrow and shelve the idea of beach mats.

Since most of the things are quite settled, we're all ready for tomorrow. Let's all make it a fun and happening one ^^

I think you guys have to count me out for the Sentosa outing, because I have an appointment with a recruitment agency tomorrow afternoon to sign a contract.

I should make it for the dinner though, so see you guys tomorrow night!

Going to beach to pinic is affordable and seems that most dojo-er support this idea, so set it as Sentosa outing. I'm totally not into beach in the first place. hahahaha

I think next time let's not plan anymore mass TKDJ outing or wadeva e heck le. Its very frustrating to try to get something going with e lack of response. Sorry for e negativity, but its like... one simple outing also can turn out like this=wtf lor~

Abit of bad news, I won't be able to bring the large blue canvas coz my dad needs to use it for something else tomorrow. So I might have to use something else instead.

As for me, I'll be cooking up some mantou rolls in the morning before heading over to HarbourFront. I'll be cooking like around 60, so should be more than enough for everyone^^ And I'll be bringing some biscuits too, probably some light snacks and drinks.

Now currently in office... Sad case that I have to work till midnight++, then go back home, and etc etc.

For me I'll probably have no time to cook, plus all my parents are overseas so I'll have to depend on myself. I'll head there earlier to Cold Storage to buy snacks like potato chips.

I'll give a call to you guys in the morning. If no one is getting drinks or we lack of drinks, I'll get them there as well. Tomorrow about 10:15am reach Harbour Front MRT to head to Cold Storage.

Do inform me when you also want to go to Cold Storage.

I think I have it, will upload them in a batch soon. Unfortunately, it might be a slow upload since each photo is like 4MB, and I'm relying on my M1 1Mbps mobile broadband for now, coz my mio connection is currently down. And sometimes while uploading, it'll tend to get disconnected from sever too ><.
