Doing Mentor Pairing?

Since Our Forum Is Called A Dojo,
Maybe Could We Pair Up Newcomers And Existing Members,
So That Newcomers Can Get Use To The Forum.
(For Example: I know Hayate, So maybe he could be my mentor,
so for example like if i need someone to train me on taiko or
maybe i don't know some people in the forum, i could ask him.)
This way if newcomers faced a problem(whether it's socializing, forum rules, etc etc)
he or she can ask his or her mentor for help, instead of hiding one corner?

Haha, anyone is welcome to find others to play. It's a matter of whether that person is shy or not. =D

nono, i really didn't mean to be sarcastic or offend u, seriously >< cuz ben said if ppl nt sure bout what to do in forum or smth, ask mentor mah >.< like above, shows that i'm nt gd at phrasing my words alr. I think frm now on b4 i post I ask someone first... sorry

And besides, why drag me in this shifu-non-shifu or whatever thing when you have been here for quite some time and creating havoc as time passes?

..You mean guides to this forum or shifu to pley taiko..?

no offense; i dun think there's a need for any pairing up. if u've got any questions dun be shy to ask any of the older members in the forum. i'm sure we'll all be happy to help. if u prefer to defer to a certain person, by all means go ahead. but don't have to specially pair ppl up or wad lah. ^^

Last time i used to do that until rubyrain told me that some people will think that i'm showing off plus challenging them. I'm like huh!? @__@


I never ever have those stupid intention cos' I always though it'll be more worth it cos' 4songs instead of 3songs, save them money and we can play one more song too. Plus to me, i feel it'll be even more fun playing together than playing alone. So now, i no longer approach people to play with me cos' i don't want them to mistaken my intention like what ruby has assumed.

hmmmm , if people thinks you are showing off or challenging them,
then ignore those people only, some times other people might be more
grateful and appreciative

I never ever think of showing off/challenging others until ruby mentioned it, which give me shock sia.. My intention was to +1 more song & to taiko happily.

I don't know, but when a person can pass whichever song they're training for, i feel so happy for them if i'm right beside taiko-ing with them. To the extend that i'm more excited then them.. =.=ll
